01

Who is responsible

REVERSS, the publisher of this site, is responsible for the processing described here. Details are in the legal notice.

02

Visiting this site

Purpose. Serve the pages and keep the site secure.

Legal basis. Legitimate interest: a site can't run without it.

Data. Your IP address and the technical details of your requests, which Vercel, the host, sees like any web host.

Retention. Set by Vercel: see its privacy policy.

03

Audience measurement

Purpose. Know which pages are read and where visitors come from.

Legal basis. Legitimate interest.

Data. Vercel Web Analytics records the page, the referrer, the approximate location, and the type of device, system and browser. Only aggregated statistics are shown to us.

Retention. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the request, not by a cookie. Vercel discards it after 24 hours, so you can't be followed from one day to the next. See Vercel's documentation.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and has no ads and no social media trackers.

04

Help & Feedback messages

The Help & Feedback window of the app sends your message through this site. It needs no account and asks for no name or email.

Purpose. Read your message and fix what you report.

Legal basis. Legitimate interest: you write to us so that we read it.

Data. The type of message, your text, and the app and Windows versions. A bug report also attaches a report with your versions, games, mods and recent logs, without your account name, API key or Windows user name. It is on by default, you see it before sending, and you can turn it off for that message.

IP address. Used in memory to limit how many messages can be sent. It isn't forwarded with your message.

Retention. Messages stay in a private Discord channel for as long as they help to follow up on a problem. Ask us and we delete yours.

05

Who can see your data

Your data is never sold. It can only be seen by:

  • REVERSS, who reads the messages;
  • Vercel, which hosts the site and runs its analytics;
  • Discord, which stores the messages.

Vercel and Discord are based in the United States, so your data can leave the European Union. Each one describes its safeguards in its own privacy policy.

06

The app and external links

Unalia Mod Manager has no account, no analytics and no telemetry. What it does is described in its own privacy policy.

Downloads come from GitHub, and links lead to other sites such as Discord. These sites apply their own policies.

07

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to its use. Write to gaeltbch.pro@gmail.com. You get an answer within one month.

If you aren't satisfied, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr, or to the authority of your country.
